  Firstly when I visited for my estimate I didn't receive the warmest of welcomes. I felt like I was just an inconvenience. Then when the estimator came to have a look he seemed agitated, impatient and barely spoke to me while I was there. I was told I'd get my estimate as soon as possible and to be fair to them I got it the next day...However, I nearly fainted when I saw the price. I have a few deep scratches on one side and that somehow amounted to over £1,300! Over £800 of that being "labour". If you're looking for reasonable pricing and good bedside manner, I'd steer clear of this place. I'm not looking for a cheap fix, but this is a joke.

  Although a little on the pricey side, the quality of the work and finish on my car was outstanding after having been to Kendal Auto Body.
  The service was efficient, direct and helpful and an estimate was sent via email within an hour.
  My car was ready and spotless, looking as new as it did when I bought it on the day that was agreed for pick up.
  Pricey? Yes, however couldn't have possibly asked for a better job, 100% happy and definitely worth the extra.
